Expect a journey inwards, exploring and recognising old unhelpful beliefs around all areas of life, and learn how to slowly turn these around to become more empowering and helpful beliefs. We do this through introducing or deepening your understanding of the link of mind, body & soul, through the ancient "Science of life" Ayurveda, the philosophies within Metaphysics and a daily Yoga practise.
We value the benefit of small groups, so never expect more 12-16 people on each retreat. This allows you to self enquire in a safe, secure and honouring environment.
Food is a very important part of the experience, and Monika our chef, cooks with "Love & Intuition" wholesome and nourishing meals at breakfast, lunch & dinner.
