History: The company roots can be traced to 1972 in Beirut, Lebanon. The holding provides investment funds, finances, accounting, IT, import-export, logistic services and advisory to its subsidiary companies. Its strength is in the vertical management and expertise distribution as well as its horizontal administrative sharing. Robert’s Group Holding is the mother company of Robert’s Group, Tchooz Shoes, GGR Corporation, The Shops and Cosmofun. Activities: It started trade with general import/export activities. As the activities of the company grew and diversified, Robert’s Group Holding SAL was founded to incorporate the below activities: - Sales and Distribution of Sportswear (namely PUMA) in the Levant - Sales and Distribution of Entertainment Equipment in the Middle East & Africa - Operating Entertainment Centers in the region (Cosmocity, Play, Monkey Maze) - Real Estate Management The holding through its subsidiaries or sister companies is active in the Middle East or Africa.
