Roberto Gelato staat voor Italiaans ijs, dagelijks vers gemaakt met de lekkerste ingrediënten. Dat kunnen wij garanderen, doordat de productie en inkoop volledig in eigen beheer gebeuren. Dit proberen wij te doen met de uiterste zorg voor mens en omgeving.
Dat begint met de keus van de beste producten, waarbij de producenten met zorg voor de omgeving omgaan. Meestal hebben deze producenten het predicaat biologisch voor hun producten gekregen.
Het eindproduct wordt dagelijks door onze klanten getest, daarnaast laten wij het ijs microbiologisch testen door Houwers Holtackers (www.goedvoedsel.nu)
Tijdens de productie proberen wij zoveel mogelijk ecologische reinigingsmiddelen te gebruiken, CO2 neutraal te werken en afval te scheiden.
