At the Robotics and Biology Laboratory (RBO), we bridge the gap between artificial and biological intelligence. We want to build robots that have human-like capabilities by first better understanding biological intelligence. We believe that such an understanding paves the way for truly competent robots. So we are collaborating with psychologists and behavioral biologists to develop better perception, manipulation, and problem-solving strategies for robots.
