We provide pyroprocess support and equipment for the cement- & lime industry. ROCKTEQ was established in 1998 to supply kiln burners with burner equipment as trolleys, injectors, P.A. blowers and valve skids for oil and gas. We design calciner burners and satellite burners in order to improve the combustion process at the kiln. The new AF-Booster System is increasing the thermal substitution rate for solid alternative fuels (SRF/RDF). The fuel moisture is reduced by waste heat drying and classifying the AF according burnability. The system is reducing CO2 Emissions by increased biomass content in AF. We provide services as audits and studies for plants to analyse and evaluate the existing kiln system as basis to increase the TSR.
