Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is a privately owned Physical Therapy practice in Colorado with 10 locations and growing! We are PT-owned and provide one-on-one direct care with patients. Our purpose is to empower individuals to live at their best and we strive to achieve this with our patients and our team. Our focus is manual therapy with all patients at the beginning of their care and as the pain decreases moving to a home exercise plan that will allow them to continue living at their best when they are no longer seeing RMPT. We focus on building rapport with our patients in the hopes they return if they ever have another issue.
As a company, our goal is for our team to enjoy coming to work and to enjoy spending time together across all clinics. This allows a very large network of mentorship and support throughout all of our positions. We are goal-driven and set goals for each office monthly, quarterly, and yearly. The goals are always tied to a reward for the office and often stem around team building. Giving back to the community is also important to us and we are often found at races, food banks, and other community service organizations giving our time while growing as a company and as a team. We believe strongly in continuing education and value this growth within our company and our providers.
