As a Dutchman, it is in my nature to be direct, yet always with humor and packed with love. During my work as an expat in Greece and collaborating with people from all over the world, I've immersed myself in diverse cultures, enriching my coaching sessions with fresh perspectives.
With over 20 years of international coaching experience and 10.000 coaching hours, I empower executives by helping them conquer modern business challenges. I've been privileged to work with BMW, Ford, Audi, Google, Unilever, and more, coaching over 1000 clients. My journey in coaching has been significantly influenced by Tony Robbins. For the past 10 years, I have worked as a coach alongside him, which has enriched my coaching philosophy and equipped me with valuable tools for my repertoire.
It gives me new energy every day when I support people in increasing their impact. My great passion is empowering leaders, gaining more impact - with clarity and a plan, with focus and solutions. Another source of strength is my family. I live in Bremen with my wife, our wonderful daughter, and a cat. And when I'm not working, I enjoy the time off keeping myself fit with obstacle races, CrossFit, and endurance sports.
