As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I partner with clients in all the areas that influence the root system of the tree: sleep & relaxation, exercise & movement, nutrition, stress and relationships.
I help clients envision what their life could look like and then take steps to get there and stay there. The best part of coaching is that no one tells you what to do! You get to be an active partner in deciding what is right for you, for your body, and for your family.
I believe that everyone wants to be well. But sometimes we need help figuring out what works for our own bodies. Everyone is unique. What works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for the next.
