Roshni Overview

Roshni, an educational consultancy, was conceived by a group of three MPhil students from LUMS, School of Education in 2021. Working closely with schools during their field work, they recognized that there exists a huge gap between the Professional Development (PD) activities that are being offered in the market and the needs of the schools and their teachers. Thus, Roshni aims to: “Provide contextualized and affordable Professional development to empower teachers and schools to enhance their teaching and learning practices. We aim to develop a Professional Learning Community for teachers where they can share practices, exchange feedback, and become reflective practitioners.
