Not that long ago new technologies were magical, and people were so happy when they just worked. But today they expect more, and assume, demand even, that digital experiences don’t just work really well but are simple, intuitive and fun to use. We burn to make things that make life better. Understanding people, and crafting something for people. We no longer treat them as users. We treat them as human beings, by the way we talk about them, by the way we speak with them, by the way we design features and inside and outside experiences. It's our responsibility to ship experiences that people love. If we build valuable easy-to-use products with the highest degree of craft, we achieve the quality that inspires love. A minimum loveable product must have value, must be easy to use, and well crafted. Because design is about change, and change demands leadership, we aim to lead this new era by crafting playful immersive experiences to convey to players of all ages a cultural mindset oriented to the love and values that surround them, like empathy with their peers and their environment, kindness, cooperation between individuals, valuing life, ideas, trust and respect.
