R.P. Synthetics journey in textile began in 1983, in a quest to deliver the best quality products to the market. We set out with installation of a weaving unit facility and in the early 1990’s started the production of Indigo denim yarn with the installation of our first Indigo sheet dyeing plant.
Since then we are ever evolving in our product portfolio and manufacturing capacity, thus consistently delivering unbeatable quality and value to our clients under our brand name “ARPITEX”.
New product development at ARPITEX reflects a constant flow of creativity while adhering to carbon footprint and sustainability. We believe in a consistent process of research and development to offer the fashion world the best in fabric in terms of design and quality. Our manufacturing set up has world-class machinery and most updated technology for production, finishing and quality control.
R.P. Synthetics is a pioneer for developing the technology to dye cotton yarn with pigment dyes in 2007. Since then we have perfected this complex process to deliver an unparalleled product.
The company has an in-house capacity to manufacture Indigo yarn & Pigment dyed yarn for woven and knits. Indigo denim for woven and knit fabrics are manufactured in the range of 2.5oz to 5oz.
