RS Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a vibrant and innovative South African accounting firm. The company was founded in Gauteng by young, vibrant, qualified and experienced Accountants and bookkeepers.
Coming from financially unstable homes, where parents struggled to manage funds, the founders were motivated to grow up differently and be financially smart. Motivated to make a difference they went on to be exceptional qualified accountants and bookkeepers. Amogelang grew very passionate about accounting and the role it plays in the overall functioning of the economy while in high school. She remembered a famous quote by Marc Anthony that says “If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life” hence she persuaded a career in accounting with Wits University. Driven to impact change and using her full potential she co-founded an accounting firm. Atlegang being exposed to entrepreneurship through family, he was motivated to do the same, he knew he needed to invest in himself before he could invest in anything else, by focusing on improving his skills, education and experience. Without self-investment, he knew he won't be able to build a business, let alone sustain one. After completing his studies and gaining experience, he co-founder RS Financial Solutions.
And after they identified the talent gap in the accounting service market in South Africa that prevents SMMEs from achieving optimal performance and learning how this gap is hindering performance, growth and economic expansion. The Founders were motivated to introduce RS Financial solution.
