RSV’s vision is to develop and train carers in innovative methods that will enhance residential care and improve the quality of life for seniors. Responding to the Government’s National Priority for Dementia, RSV Training launched its CARIS Care programme to support understanding of the personal and social needs of individuals in residential care. RSV aims to assist those working in care settings by training them how to develop relationships that make a difference and make a moment in time last all day for those they care for.
