I work for clients of all sizes in almost every type of media business, on short and long term projects. I lead all our work, but when required I draw on my wider pool of specialist consultants for additional expertise and resources.
On a short term basis, I offer independent advice to help you choose the best modular solutions for each specific requirement. I design robust standardised workflows and smart automations.
On a longer term basis, I plan and manage production modernisation projects and help develop technology strategies.
