Our injection moulded exterior and interior car components for the automotive industry are predominantly engineered out of the following materials: - polystyrene (PS), - polypropylene (PP), PS, ABS, PA/ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PC/PBT, PA 6, PA 6.6, POM, PPS, PLA Painting Plant Our painting plant technology is fully automated which is so designed that you can fulfil the quality requirements of your customers at all times. Rock Wool Backing Plant We have been manufacturing silencer pads from rock wool for vehicle exhaust systems for more than 10 years. Our assembly plant Performs manual assembly and joining of plastic parts without any intermediate material (such as glue). Metal installation by ultrasonic welding (insert). Solutions Tools We have our own tool maker and tool maintenance workshop. R and D Our research and development department is constantly researching the bio-use possibilities of plastics. An experiment is made to improve the properties of the material. One of our revolutionary achievements is that the ingredients of our PLA filaments are food-approved.
