Síkat-Aurora

Síkat-Aurora envisions a community of youth leaders in Aurora who volunteer to gain a deeper understanding of issues affecting the youth, collaborate with various stakeholders, and co-create responsive and sustainable solutions with the community. Sikat-Aurora provides afterschool programs on education, environment, and active citizenship to underserved communities of the province of Aurora, Philippines. Síkat, which means rise, is a tribute to the rise of a new face of youth volunteerism in the community where the sun rises - in Baler, Aurora, Philippines.
