S&T CIS group was founded in 2011 by merger of S&T AG branches operating in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian company Amphora Group. The strategic goal of S&T CIS is to become the largest IT company in the CIS and to expand to the foreign markets.
The CIS division of S&T AG is a result of incremental growth strategy focused at enhancing competence and strengthening of the local executive team. At the same time, S&T AG reserves the right to strategically manage the regional division.
S&T CIS operational management authorities have been assigned to the Board of Directors formed of the top managers of the Group companies. The position of S&T CIS Chairman of the Board was retained by Christian Rosner, previously the Chairman of the Board at S&T International and CEO at S&T AG (Austria).
The key customers of S&T CIS are major enterprises in Finance, Telecom, Retail, Energy and Public sectors, and international companies with their offices in CIS. The Group offers end-to-end products including high-tech infrastructure solutions and systems integration services. S&T CIS extensive service portfolio includes Managed Services, Quality Assurance, Business Intelligence and Business activity monitoring.
