S.E.E.D is a CIC which was created to help those who are seeking education in 4 different aspects of education; Adult education, Key stage 1 & 2 education, PRU (Pupil Referral Units) and Prison education. The objective will be to provide affordable or free education to those who are from socially deprived backgrounds hence the four aspects mentioned. We will provide these services to different communities whilst helping to improve peoples lives by delivering structured educational programs and mentoring workshops on personal and professional development, including career readiness, leadership skills, and financial literacy. Also, job fair programs to enhance employability and career progression whilst offering support with CV writing, job applications and interview preparation and partnering with local businesses and organisations to facilitate work experience, apprenticeships, and job placements. The community will benefit by including inclusive, accessible, and high-quality learning opportunities. The key benefits include affordable or free educational programs for individuals who may not have access to learning opportunities due to their circumstances, improved employment prospects, community development & social inclusion, personal growth & wellbeing and lastly youth empowerment & crime prevention. These will be cantered on promoting lifelong learning, social inclusion, and economic empowerment through accessible education and skills development. These objectives ensure that our activities contribute to the betterment of individuals and the wider community.
