I worked for ExxonMobil for 12½ years in its international human resources department where I gained extensive experience in organizational and people development, training, coaching, career planning, job evaluation and upward mobility. Short assignments regularly took me to the United States, France, and The Netherlands. For several years I also managed ExxonMobil’s Early European Graduate Interchange Program, which offered international experiences to young graduates.
Early in 2000, I left ExxonMobil to found my own coaching company devoted to Personal Leadership. My clients are mostly Fortune 500 companies with a regional headquarter based in EMEA or the USA as well local businesses with an interest to grow their human potential.
I am a certified ICF coach (Master Certified Coach), MBTI, DISC, Insights, OPQ, Core Qualities, Situational Leadership, Covey, Transactional Analysis, NLP, Professional Coaching, Social Styles, Self Coaching, Organizational Constellations, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Enneagram, Mindsetter and Practical Psychology, Diversophy, Cultural detective, Enneagram, COI indicator, Country navigator, Strengthfinder, Big Five, Voice Dialogue, Certified Core Talents and certified E-coaching . I hold a master degree in corporate management (EHSAL).
