Sabourin Costes is a design studio founded by Zoé Costes and Paola Sabourin.
After meeting at the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2015, they each developed their own approach to design, collaborating with various brands and agencies around the world.
Building on their complementary experiences, they reunited in France in 2019 to combine their visions and establish Sabourin Costes, a studio dedicated to designing objects and spaces.
From their Parisian workshop, Paola Sabourin and Zoé Costes craft and shape moments of surprise. By meticulously exploring materials and their applications, alongside a focus on formal and functional design, they create unique objects that captivate attention. Their preferred materials are simple yet refined: lacquered wood, polished stainless steel, and transparent resin. These materials interact with light and distortion to evoke unexpected and contemplative moments.
The studio works on a wide range of projects, including residential and commercial spaces, tailoring each design to create distinctive and meaningful environments. The duo designs iconic and functional pieces that act as extraordinary accents in our interiors, bringing small, remarkable events into everyday life.
