Safavi Impact Institute is a private non-profit foundation based in Vienna that implements a targeted program for highly qualified Ukrainian women who were forced to flee the war. Its mission is to support them in rebuilding their professional lives in Austria and contributing their expertise to the local economy — and eventually to the recovery and modernization of Ukraine.
The Institute offers a range of tailored programs and services designed to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. These include intensive German language courses focused on specific professional fields (such as accounting, healthcare, and office management), career orientation workshops, CV and interview trainings, and individual support throughout the job application process. We also provide psychological support programs that address the emotional and mental health challenges of forced migration and integration.
In addition, the Institute runs a business incubator to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals in Austria — offering guidance, mentoring, and access to local networks and resources.
By working closely with Austrian employers, educational institutions, and public organizations, we ensure that our participants receive practical, market-oriented training and real career prospects. Our goal is long-term integration — not only into the labor market, but also into the social and professional life of Austrian society.
