Safiran wire and galvanized industry, as the first holder of the hot galvanized line in the west of Iran, is a manufacturer of wire products in the region. This factory has started the activities with aim of creating employment and help to boost production since 2015.
In this way, with the help of God, we achieved these important activities, so that this unit gained a significant portion of production, sales, and exports of the products. It is known as a successful unit in this domain due to its potential quantitative and qualitative capacity.
An important point in improving the quality of products and improving the production process is applying chemical and suitable catalysts in this industry. This factory complex has the technical knowledge of the research and development team and benefits in several years of fully specialized experience in the domain of coating and resistance and corrosion resistance achieved by chemical production of these materials. Therefore one of the most important products of this factory is hot-dip galvanized wire with the best quality.
Due to the specific production process and final quality, the products have the capability to obtain ASTM641 Standard (American Galvanized Association) which express the quality of production in various aspects, include uniformity, adhesion, and amount of galvanized coating that guarantees the resistance of this product in a variety of corrosive, hot, humid and acidic environment.
Other products of this factory include Fence, Gabion, Barbed wire, and Welded mesh, which galvanized wire is the raw material in their weaving process; meanwhile, Annealed and Non-annealed black wire and Press netting are other items in the production in this company.
Finally, it should be mentioned that all members of this industrial complex with a long-term view and special attention to sustainable creating employment, have taken great steps to meet part of the national and international market needs for products in this domain
