Having gained deep experience as a yoga and meditation teacher and practitioner, traveling to 100 countries, and getting accredited with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I thought the time has come to open my own therapy practice.
I have 40 years experience in the art and science of yoga and meditation, and recently completed a Master's degree in Yoga Therapy. I am especially interested in helping people heal mentally, emotionally and spiritually through the personalized application of Yoga practice, lifestyle and outlook. I provide a home practice so that the client can take more control of the therapeutic process. Therapy sessions can occur face-to-face of through Skype.
