Founded in 2020 at the University of California, Berkeley, Sahaara aims to raise awareness of and funding for anti-sex trafficking efforts in South Asia and the Bay Area.
We aim to accomplish these goals through a two-pronged approach: first, by developing and giving informational presentations to the Berkeley student body regarding trafficking, and second, by organizing fundraisers.
