Working alongside the HR team, the main responsibility of an employment law consultant is to assist and advise on all aspects of employment law and employee relations issues to external stakeholders.
Representing clients’ interests online and communicating via email, telephone and face-to-face will be a key part of this job, therefore strong written and relationship building skills are important. It is vital that you are organized and adaptable as day-to-day tasks will change depending on the client’s needs. You must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure when required.
