Saint Joseph’s is a Dementia Care Matters Butterfly Home, and has moved from a task orientated medical care model to a ‘go with the flow’ social model of care.
Saint Joseph’s Shankill was nominated for 3 awards by the Irish Healthcare Centre Awards in 2019, and received the Nursing Home Ireland Excellence in Dementia Care Award for 2018.
