La nostra missione è quella di offrire un pasto gustoso, sano ed abbondante per una clientela esigente on-the-go, preparato con ingredienti autentici ad un prezzo onesto per voi, noi ed i nostri fornitori: una win-win-win! Ci impegniamo a sostenere coltivatori di piccole e medie dimensioni che lavorano con principi di sostenibilità e trasparenza.
La maggior parte dei nostri ingredienti sono bio e KM0. Ma non ne siamo felici. Vorremmo lo fossero tutti, e lo saranno – stiamo parlando con cascine ed agricoltori per creare una rete di farm-to-table (o bowl!) di cui essere fieri.

Our mission is to provide a healthy abundant meal on the go that is made with authentic ingredients at a fair price for you, us, and our suppliers - a win-win-win! We are committed to supporting small and medium-sized farmers who work with principles of sustainability and transparency.
Most of our ingredients are bio and are sourced from local suppliers. But we are not happy - we want them to all be. And they will. We are talking to farms and farmers to create a farm-to-table (or bowl!) network to be proud of.
