Like the personalities that created them, every investment process is unique. We work one-on-one with PMs. The majority of our coaching is with senior PMs, but we also work with junior PMs keen to develop their own process.
Before commencing, we share the philosophy of our approach to ensure a coach / client fit.We typically commence coaching via our foundation program.
This program is a series of 4 x 2 hour coaching sessions over a period of 3 months with each PM. It has been described by existing clients as a practical approach to embedding probability theory into a process for active discretionary investors.Process is governed by behavior, and we seek to:
Raise the PM’s awareness around their own patterns of behavior
Enhance disciplined probabilistic decision making
Improve PM’s communication clarity
