Salon Jean Paul is a family run business based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.
We acquired our 1st unisex salon in 1997 and currently own and manage 5 unisex salons & 2 barbershops.
A key to our business model is employing local talent offering them the opportunity to learn and grow in our salons.
With our staff being our most valuable and valued resource, we have a strong focus on staff training and development.
We provide continuous structured and unstructured training programs for our staff to ensure their skills are continuously improved.
New staff are provided with the necessary tools to earn a living and often become the main bread winners in their families within a few months.
We are currently registering with SETA in order to become an accredited training provider in the hairdressing industry
