Salt & Soul is a fully equipped yoga studio situated along the Wild Atlantic Way in Strandhill, County Sligo. Our Studio boasts a relaxing environment which offers a dynamic range of yoga classes, workshops and events for all ages and abilities. Our vibe is laid-back, open, friendly and positive. Our classes are available to book online via our timetable or by downloading the Salt & Soul app to your smartphone.
Founded by Yoga Teacher and Mum of two, Rachel Mulrooney, Salt & Soul is the culmination of years of travel and a life-long interest in yoga and well-being.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our goal is to foster a healthy, strong and mindful community through movement, breath and awareness. Each of our remarkable teachers are trained in the traditional lineages of yoga. We encourage each of our teachers to be themselves, find their voice and bring with them their own experience, inspiration and personality to each class. We are committed to creating a space for you to feel comfortable and at home in our Studio. This is the perfect environment to learn, discover and expand your heart, mind and body.
