It was on Sollecito initiative in 1922 that Viani’ started its activity in Certaldo a little town between Florence and Siena, first as simple artisans than since Sollecito’s son Alvaro joined the Company, it has expanding until today Our latest production plant was opened in 1997 in San Gimignano, and in 2011 a new wing was added to the original structure where only cured hams are produced. Viani offers a wide range of products available in a large choice of packs and types (from whole pieces to sliced products Viani has a slicing clean room area). Among the most famous we include Tuscan ham P D O with its unique taste, Finocchiona salami which takes its name from the added Fennel seeds Tuscan Salami with diced lard and many more such as Wild boar products sausage salami, bresaola, etc cured Bellies and cured Lard Pork sausages classic or flavored with Fennel Chilli, Curry, etc Turkey breast Bresaola, etc. Special attention is also given to roasted products such as Grilled ham Roasted Culatello, Porchetta, Roasted Ham and Roasted pork Loin Roasted Turkey Breast and many more.
