Founded in 2019 by Nayan Anand at the age of 19, Samadhan Society for Solutions is a registered non-governmental organization under Section 44 of the Society Registration Act, 1973. With a primary mission of achieving a Rape-Free India, the organization adopts a comprehensive approach to address diverse social issues, outlining key objectives:
1. Developing permanent solutions to combat rape.
2. Promoting moral and sexual awareness.
3. Advocating for a safe and secure India.
4. Providing assistance to victims and their families.
5. Contributing to a clean and green environment.
6. Facilitating skill development for the youth.
7. Eliminating eve teasing and acid attacks.
8. Creating awareness in slums.
9. Empowering the youth.
From its inception with eleven members, including seven executive members, in 2019, the organization has grown significantly. Presently, Samadhan Society for Solutions boasts over 70 active members and nearly 300 volunteers involved in various social causes.
The organization's impactful initiatives include providing justice and support to survivors of rape, leveraging social media platforms for awareness campaigns targeting school and college students, and extending support for infants' and children's medical treatment. Additionally, the organization offers career and academic counseling, engaging in activities such as brain mapping and meditation.
For legal support, a panel of proficient advocates is in place to assist rape victims. The organizational structure encompasses various sub-committees, including the Samadhan General Body with 71 members nationwide, the Samadhan Parliament, a governing body with 10 members, and Human Resource Officers overseeing major organizational decisions from 2023-2024. State Groups and City Groups are also integral components of the organization's structure, ensuring effective regional engagement.
