Education is one of the most important mediums of personal growth and every country Is trying to work on imparting education to their people. Considering the large population there is always a scarcity of resources that the Indian system usually suffers from. One of the major barrier we constantly experience is the feasibility of quality education and skill training across India. Even though over years there had been massive increase in the opportunities, yet the degrees aren’t considered at par with the standard criteria’s. On market analysis, major factor that was found to create a difference was the practical experience of the students. This is one of the most difficult challenges people face , wherein despite having degrees they find themselves under confident due to lack of skills that are required Not just in the field like psychology but across other fields like technology, communication etc as well. These struggles may be associated with inhibitions in trying out new opportunities with feelings of not ‘suitable enough’ ‘not skilled enough’ or ‘fear or rejection.’ This may create a close-knit vicious circle was due to apprehensions related to acceptance in terms of personality as well as skills we tend to avoid those opportunities and the cyclical impact of the same keeps widening the distance in terms of beliefs within the individual as well as in the society. Thus, to cater to all these concerns, Pratik and Ritu planned to come together. A combination where Pratik being born and brought up in small city whereas Ritu being born and brought up in a Metropolitan city have joined hands with the aim of imparting quality training to the students across India. Coming from our own two different shades of experiences makes it easier for us to understand different factors facilitating or inhibiting the quality skills in metropolitan as well as small towns.Our aim is to bridge the gap between different groups and create a system wherein everyone feels empowered
