Hello, my name is Todd Coburn a 20+ year fitness veteran with a wealth of knowledge. I have extensive experience working with business professionals, stay at home moms, college students, professional athletes, military personnel, and police officers.
I am also passionate about helping those who suffer from obesity, chronic pain and health conditions, which many are easily resolve with proper nutrition, physical activity and the right coach.
