The Sani Foundation is a Zambian organisation with a vision to facilitate the full inclusion of persons with intellectual disabilities (IDs) in both rural and urban areas of Zambia into all aspects of society. The Foundation currently provides holistic and relevant education and training to prepare adolescents and young adults with IDs for employment and independence within their community. Beyond this training, our members receive individualised support to help them obtain and retain jobs in the open labour market.
