Hi, my name is Taran Thapa, and I am the owner of SanVi Healthy Vending. We are a family owned-operated business serving the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. My wife and i both come from the healthcare field and are ardent advocate of healthy vending.
During my under-grads where i graduated with a Biological Science degree, I took Nutrition among other life science courses which really helped me understand and realize the importance of eating healthier food and the difference it can make in our overall health and wellbeing. We've all seen the stats on increasing rates of childhood and adult obesity rates. The good news is that change is coming. Schools are providing more nutritious meals and more and more businesses are looking at healthy vending as an addition to their Corporate Wellness Program. This is where I come in.
