San Xi Lou - Opened in 2008, is synonymous with authenticity, quality and tradition. Its name is inspired by the Emperor Qianlong’s Imperial Studyroom - San Xi Tang (Hall of Three Rarities), which housed his favourite calligraphy treasures. San’ also means the number three in Chinese, symbolising San Xi Lou’s three phenomenal culinary experiences - Sichuan and Cantonese cuisines, and dim sum, sourcing freshest ingredients to present the most authentic flavours.
