Sarah's Bag

Sarah's Bag is a lebanese sustainable social enterprise that creates luxury handcrafted bags that empower both the women who make them and those who wear them. The brand was created in the year 2000 when Sarah Beydoun fashioned a way to give back to her community in a creative manner. She invested in prisoner and underprivileged women’s savoir-faire in hand embroidering and hand-beading, bringing Middle Eastern craft to rest of the world. Today, the brand employs over 200 artisans from various backgrounds all-over Lebanon. Sarah and Malak Beydoun are partners in the creative direction of the brand; always keeping it fresh, innovative and sometimes sprinkling in touches of nostalgia. People are being spotted wearing Sarah’s Bag from Tokyo to Caracas as the brand’s global presence is constantly growing. Our bags are sported by the likes of Queen Rania of Jordan, Amal Clooney and Leandra Medine.
