Established in 1963, the Saskatoon Housing Authority is a property management organization that manages affordable housing developed by three levels of government - Federal, Provincial and Municipal.
We are one of many housing authorities in Saskatchewan. Each housing authority is independently managed and has a Board of Directors and a manager.
Saskatoon Housing Authority operating, maintenance, utilities, taxes and administration costs are covered through rent revenues from tenants. Additional funding is received from Saskatchewan Housing Corporation for capital improvements on properties.
