Sauvagine is the first wine crafted with a commitment to animal respect, from vine to table.
The wines are made from grape varieties naturally resistant to vine diseases (powdery mildew, downy mildew). These resistant varieties, selected for Sauvagine, also produce less sugar, making them more adaptable to global warming.
The vines are grown using organic farming practices to best preserve biodiversity.
The wines are vegan, meaning they are vinified without any animal-derived ingredients. (90 to 95% of wines are filtered with animal-based fining agents such as pork gelatin, milk casein, egg albumin).
Developed in collaboration with cheffe Claire Brachet - a specialist in 100% plant-based food pairings - each Sauvagine wine is designed to enhance the full flavor of plant-based cuisine.
