Savîle, a loose French translation meaning “a taste of the islands,” combines the highest quality rum made with the purest sugar cane delivering that Caribbean essence in every sip. The goal was to create the perfect cocktail that is ready-to-drink, with no aftertaste, while focusing on the “health-conscious consumer.” The founder, Dee Tutt, was a professional hairstylist for many years. After 30 years of making homemade cocktails in her kitchen, fine-tuning her recipe, she was encouraged by friends and family to bring her beverage to the masses. In Dee's beverage, Savile, the consumer can truly “taste the islands." This paradise in a bottle is proudly all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO and vegan-friendly. This is the first of many cocktails my team and she plans on developing that will reflect her own values and taste. The original Savîle Tropical Rumtini came to market in 2015. Three years later it sold out from distribution. Rather than go back to the production line, we took the invaluable feedback received from Savîle fans to focus on the next iteration before putting it back on shelves. Savîle relaunched in 2020 and is better than ever, there's nothing that taste like it! Savile is a RTD cocktail that has a “Clean Label.” We were once told that “No one cares that a drink is all natural, gluten free, and vegan.” Well, six years later the market is flooded with these types of RTDs.
