We are an entrepreneurial investment group founded in 2017 and backed by a team of entrepreneurs, investors, and operating executives with a passion and track record for growing great companies across a wide range of industries.
Our goal is to identify, acquire, operate, and grow a single privately-held company in the U.S. or Canada. We will work closely with an entrepreneur to structure a deal tailored to achieve their specific needs, while ensuring a seamless transition. Post-acquisition, the group's Founder will assume an active, day-to-day operating role within the company and will work closely with investors and existing management to position the company for future growth.
Unlike private equity funds, our group is uniquely and purposely structured to build value through the hands-on operation of a single small business, not through financial engineering with a large portfolio of companies. We believe strongly in protecting and building upon the legacy built by business owners.
Our ideal business is one with recurring revenue streams and stable operating cash flows with multiple prospects for future growth. We are targeting companies with up to $75 million in annual revenues and at least $1 million of free cash flows.
