Established in 2008 Savour Kilkenny is now in its 17th year. Growing in size each year, the festival welcomed over 68,500 people in 2024.
Each year the festival presents an exciting and innovative programme of events showcasing the very best of local and Irish products, chefs and culinary ideas and discusses topical food issues of the day from farming to sustainability and food security.
Visitors can expect some really special dining events in local restaurants, a 100+ stall market, cooking demonstrations lively, food industry debates, workshops and more!
