Since its establishment in October 2000, SAWNICS has started as a company that designs, produces, and sells SAW filters, a mobile communication RF component.
With the evolution of mobile communication systems, 5G smartphones have become high-performance, resulting in the integration of semiconductor chips and RF filters into a foundry company for RF front-end modules.
In an environment where miniaturization, integration, and high performance of filters are essential, we developed a 6-inch piezoelectric thin film semiconductor (TF-SAW) filter to establish a mass production system, and we are conducting a foundry business as our main business.
We continue to promote research and development in cooperation with global semiconductor demand companies, and we provide TF-SAW foundry to large customers in the United States, China, and Taiwan based on our state-of-the-art foundry technology.
