SC CABLUL ROMANESC was founded in 1925 and she was the most important producer of steel wire rope for internal market and a constant exporter of its products for countries all over the world. After a very difficult and hard period, the company didn’t reach to survive, and entered in bankruptcy starting from 23.03.2015. In the past we use to produce steel wire ropes used in the marine industry, oil industry, forest and mining industry, crane echipament , lifts and elevators, agriculture, etc. 6X19, 6X19S, 8X19S, 6X37, 6X61, 6X31S, 4X36, 6X36WS, 8X36WS was some of the types of wire ropes we use to produce, up to 80mm diameter, from steel wires, bright and galvanized and big lengths up to 20 tones/Reel depending upon the diameter of the wire rope. We also use to produce non-rotating wire ropes as : 18X7, 36X7, SUPERFLEX 35X7 etc from 8 to 40 mm and TS 1770 and 1960 (for cranes). Moreover , we use to produce slings, mooring slings with one or two eyes, slings mechanically pressed or hand spliced assembled with hooks, rings, timbles, rings and timbles etc. Here we have also a specialized laboratory, where we use to tests all ropes and slings.
