Shelby Capital Adjusters (SCA) proposes to purchase asset backed loan portfolios from national auto lenders for pennies on the dollar and then by leveraging partner relationships to locate and recover the collateral assets. Once recovered the assets are liquidated at fair market values which can produce returns as high as 300%. After all the collateral is recovered from the portfolios and the account deficiency balances have been established these accounts can then be sold to collections agencies or directly placed for collection.
