It's very early days for us but ScandiShop.Online aims to create a special shopping place for people seeking to create a Scandi, Nordic or Viking theme in their lives, find a suitable cultural gift or order a custom item from an artisan specialising in ScandiNordic art, fashion or homewares.
Whether they’re massive History Vikings fan looking to update their “longhaus”, a fan of Nordic rap, a young lady seeking feminine and versatile fashion or someone seeking unusual items for their home, ScandiShop strives to offer something for everyone.
Our slogans, “Get Your Nordic On!” and “Let’s Raid/ Time To Raid”, are alternated to suit general or specific audiences. On Instagram, our audience is very broad, including native Scandinavians, goth/viking/punk enthusiasts and folks following Nordic rap.
CREATING A SCANDINORDIC HOME
Many people think in order to create "hygge", Scandi style or Viking aesthetic, that great effort or expense is required. That's not always the case. Sometimes just a few simple changes and a signature item will assist to achieve that look. ScandiShop aims to show folks how it's done.
CUSTOM WORKS
EOI welcome from commercial brands and artisans. One of the key reasons our store was created, was to provide a year round sales platform for Scandinavian brands and artisans who would usually sell their handmades or products a few times a year at festivals or markets, or via Etsy. By partnering with ScandiShop, artisans can potentially increase and diversify their market reach.
We offer AfterPay and are currently organising Zip Pay and other payment platforms.
In early 2018 we will offer direct 7 day courier delivery on popular and custom items internationally.
