Scarlet Oak Tavern is part of the Webber Restaurant Group which has owned and operated restaurants in Massachusetts since 2004. We pride ourselves on our commitment to work/life balance and the large number of employees who have been with us for over 5, 10, and 15 years.
At Scarlet Oak we try to strike that perfect balance between elegant and casual. We want you to be as comfortable having a burger at the bar as you are bringing your kids in for brunch on the weekend, or joining us for a special anniversary dinner.
We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the local cuisine movement. We source produce from our own Gibbet Hill Farm in Groton, MA, as well as from other local farms and purveyors. Seasonality and local ingredients are hallmarks of our menu. And although our roots are as a steakhouse, we feature a range of menu options, from local seafood to brick oven pizzas, vegetarian dishes, seasonal sides and homemade desserts.
