Le Domaine de Bablut (SCEA Daviau) est un vignoble familial basé sur la commune de Brissac Quincé. Doté d'une surface de 53 hectares, il est intégralement travaillé en Agriculture biologique et biodynamique.
Ses principales appellations sont l'Anjou Blanc (pour les blancs secs), l'Anjou Brissac (pour les rouges taniques) et Coteaux de l'Aubance (pour les liquoreux). Nos cépages sont le Chenin et les Cabernets, franc et sauvignon.
