Scenario Design Inc. is a multi-discipline residential and commercial design firm that specializes in sustainable design and planning for single structure or space applications, as well as, full site design and development projects. With a psychological basis as our starting point, we create a functional and pleasing environment for the owners and other users. Our designs have a long lifecycle and adaptability components for shifts in use or ownership. Since our work is wrapped around the client’s aesthetic preferences Scenario does not subscribe to a definitive style cue. We also believe the fixed components of a structure are as important to the experience as the furniture and fixtures, as both are required to create atmosphere. A healthy balance of character and usable elements brings the space to life in many more ways than just visual qualities. As a result of our psychological premise, sustainable applications, and the fact that we are not trying to conform to particular styles or trends, our clients can expect a distinctively personal planned and installed project that continually brings satisfaction to them and their visitors.
